1.設備用途
砂帶除銹機主要用于鋼絲拉拔前的表面除銹。是鋼絲拉拔前很好的一種除銹設備。
本設備如與彎曲剝殼機配合使用，可以徹底去除鋼絲表面的銹蝕層，使鋼絲表面光亮。
如鋼絲除銹后再進行表面涂硼工藝處理，則完全可以取代傳統的酸洗磷化前處理工藝，
滿足鋼絲無酸洗環保生產的需要。

1. Equipment application
Abrasive belt descaler mainly use to derust steel wire surface before drawing. Its effect is good.
It matches peeling machine, can remove rust off the steel wire surface and make it bright.
Boron coating treatment after descaling, can replace the
traditional pretreatment process of pickling
and phosphating.
It can fully meet
the need of environmental protection production of steel wire without pickling.
